Wide circulation email as sent (including to online YECs):
"Further to my email of 25 October about Freedom from Atheistic Scientism entitled 'An ignorant and insecure YEC internet propagandist who hates correction' (which I will forward separately to new recipients as my email is playing up because it struggles when I attach photographs).
Mr Hastings also recently BANNED me from his 'Freedom from Atheistic Scientism' Facebook page. Thus I can only really contact him via email, at Evidence4Faith (no email address is provided at FFAS).
I have just read THIS:
http://oenobareus.blogspot.co.uk/2013/0 ... tness.html
It refers back to this:
https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php? ... ment_reply
Where FFAS quoted Richard A Kerr, a longstanding writer at Science magazine, as writing within his 1994 article 'The solar system's new diversity':
"But if those searching for extraterrestrial life ever accepted the evidence for a Creator, the evolutionary basis for their search would disappear."
I have purchased one-day access to the full original Richard A Kerr article in Science (the attached photos - presented as evidence - reproduce parts of pages 2 and 3 as only page 1 is available as free access).
THE WORDS ATTRIBUTED TO MR KERR BY MR HASTINGS/FFAS DO NOT APPEAR ANYWHERE IN THE ARTICLE.
YET WHEN CHALLENGED BY VANN PRIEST IN AUGUST, FFAS ASSURED HIM REGARDING THE QUOTE "IT IS THERE" - BEFORE APPARENTLY BANNING HIM FROM HIS SITE (HIS QUESTIONING COMMENTS ARE NO LONGER VISIBLE CERTAINLY).
IF Mr Kerr EVER wrote what is claimed it was NOT in the article cited by Hastings/FFAS (which is besides about other planets in our solar system not searches for intelligent extra-terrestrial life).
I should point out that I have checked out all of Mr Priest's blog claims - I'm assuming that is his real name - and found them to be accurate.
I gather that Mr Hastings is also involved here:

"To call into question the tactics, actions, and beliefs of internet atheist hate groups like Irreligiosophy, and Question Creationism."
He's also written a book entitled 'What is truth?' - which I'm not planning on reading:

I think I already know about truth and about untruths.
