Recent terrorist warfare against civilians

Postby a_haworthroberts » Mon Jan 18, 2016 11:26 pm

It's all the fault of evolution that IS fanatics indiscriminately slaughtered 130 evolutionists in Paris (and slaughtered people of different religious faith or ideology to their poison elsewhere):

Bell could have written a more plausible article if he had had a go at Charlie Hebdo recently depicting GOD as a terrorist.

Of course, terrorism never takes place where there is a high level of Christian belief. See the troubles in Northern Ireland. Nor do Christians get murdered by terrorists in countries where evolution is largely not accepted. See Pakistan. See also murder of black church goers in the the USA. See also religious belief in Germany from 1933 to 1945.

What a load of tripe! In a single paragraph we get
Moreover, it states that Paris was chosen “as the capital of prostitution and vice, the lead carrier of the cross in Europe”.
and
the Bataclan Theatre, was, they say, chosen “where hundreds of pagans gathered for a concert of prostitution and vice.”
The idiot then goes on to say
the killing spree happened just at the moment when the band were performing their popular song, Kiss the Devil. That a massacre by religious extremists took place just as people were joining in with the lyrics, “I’ll love the Devil, I’ll sing his song”
No doubt they were able to plan this weeks ahead, after Allah had assured them that it would happening round about when President Hollande would be attending a football match and could conveniently be blown up at the same time.
As far as I can see, he's coming dangerously close to saying that the murdered music fans were "asking for it". Shame on him.

Bell comes over as a nasty piece of work.

Many of those that died or were injured or who suffered the trauma of the event were undoubtedly Christians.

Although that does not make it better, some of Bell's most objectionable words were of course not his own but him quoting the total insanity of the daesh fanatics (see Bell's footnote 2 though I decided not to view the link in case 'IS' are counting how many hits it gets).

"Reading the ISIS justification for terrorist acts against European nations leaves one in no doubt about their stated motives, nor the ideology that, they say, is driving them. The statement begins, “In the Name of Allah … ”, and that name is invoked throughout. Moreover, it states that Paris was chosen “as the capital of prostitution and vice, the lead carrier of the cross in Europe”. In other words, the moral decadence that increasingly characterises European countries, they view as synonymous with these being ‘Christian’, because this is happening in ‘Christian’ countries. The site of the highest death toll, the Bataclan Theatre, was, they say, chosen “where hundreds of pagans gathered for a concert of prostitution and vice.”"

Daesh are claiming that people carrying the Christian cross are associated with prostitution and vice (though of course France is secular not 'Christian'). Something Bell rather glosses over rather than condemning (would he do the same of he was discussing an islamist massacre in the US Bible Belt). Because for him too, like daesh (though they are at war with ANYONE and EVERYONE who is not of their persuasion), there is an Enemy - 'Secularism'. A religion that involves attending football internationals and pop concerts and visiting restaurants of an evening.

Do the regular CMI supporters like the article?
