Rabble rouser Ken Ham and his biased Facebook fans

Creationist bloggers can be infuriating. If one has infuriated you by persisting in nonsense even when corrected, or refusing to reply to your criiticsm, you may feel driven to recording the fact. If so, you may register your disapproval here and hope a response is forthcoming.

I see that another Roberts has criticised the use of terminology by creationists in Sorensen's thread about Eric Hovind and the Crocoduck Award (see my separate thread).

And then he tries to take the moral high ground with: ""we are innocent until proven guilty" Most civilized people use that principle".

The man is a total HYPOCRITE. When I contacted him by email about something he had written on Ken Ham's Facebook page he retorted with a totally baseless and evidence-free accusation that I had been banned from Georgia Purdom's Facebook page and had used a fake identity on Facebook (I have never posted any comments on Facebook anywhere).

I left a comment on their Facebook page about bohemoth having a navel (which means it can't have been a dinosaur) re. the dinosaurs in the bible nonsense from Sarfati (short video posted today).

Not sure if it's still there or not Ashley.

I've seen a lot of this behavior the past few months, what about you?")
If I contacted Bob direct about his accusatory behaviour online I would be accused of 'stalking'.

When I last looked there was a latest post from the Cowboy to Mr Forrest (ARJF) asking him why he hated God (after he protested about all Sorensen's false accusations and lack of convincing answers).

Cowboy Bob has now deleted all these exchanges. Problem (almost) solved!

Sorensen's baseless accusation was highly public and has never been withdrawn or deleted, despite me informing him that he is mistaken:

"It seems reasonable to assume that he was using a different name on Facebook that was blocked, or that this one is faked. Or both".

Well, if it makes you feel good to be venomous, Bob...

The YECs seem quite happy to have a hypocritical Christian publicly batting for them. (Notably Dr Sarfati I suspect, since Bob has started using Sarfati's favourite insult - 'atheopath'.) See: http://stormbringer005.blogspot.co.uk/2 ... -pope.html

I assume this is nothing new and just the same old claim regurgitated ?

Peter's comment is still on the CMI Facebook page at the moment.

Perhaps Dr Sarfati would care to explain which version of the Bible (if any) describes behemoth as 'colossal'?

Also, why would a now extinct creature such as a massive sauropod dinosaur (but hiding in reeds apparently) rank "first among the works of God" (Job 40, NIV)?

Yeap the same old evolutionist claim regurgitated to indoctrinate another generation of school children!

Whatever you do don't show them the truth (ie Richardson's pictures), as they might start to question evolution and become thinking scientists rather than evolutionists.

So the creationists think all mainstream science is just indoctrination. Nice to show your true colours that you don't even believe that "both sides" should be taught.

Indeed Roger, I know one highly qualified geneticist who lectures in embryology at university level.

He tells me you simply cannot teach the subject without mentioning evolution.

The BS from creationists never fails to amaze me Peter. They started off wanting the teaching of evolution to be banned outright; when that didn't work they started screaming for creationism to be taught alongside evolutionary biology because it was a science in its own right. When they screwed up on that we suddenly got "teach the controversy" and crapola about academic freedom. It's just a sham from start to finish, from ideologues who always think that the world is not pure enough for them.

The creationists no more want creationism to be taught alongside mainstream science than my cat wants to discuss quantum mechanics. The Edinburgh Creation Group has long admitted that it wants to see Edinburgh free of "evolution". When it comes to science the ECG and Surtees are not scientists, they are religious ideologues in the business of preaching and defending their particular brand of religious extremism.

My basic training is in economics and it was drummed into us from a very early stage to keep our politics separate from the subject matter. This was for a very good reason - economics becomes nonsense when mixed with politics. It's exactly the same when creationists try to mix up their religion with science. They end up being bloody stupid about both.

Spoken by a man whose only rationale in life is to indoctrinate by regurgitating the same old false creationists claims again and again.

A man who has refused to answer any questions put to him.

I am so angry at that the hypocritical nature of that comment I'm having to bite my fingers to stop me getting banned.

The closest creationists have got to an honest person is Todd Wood and that is because he admits they've got nothing and gets angry with the lie that all scientists are liars and idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There isn't a single other creationist who knows the meaning of the word truth.

Evolution has been questioned for the last 150 years. It has been tested to destruction. So why does Marc think that he is better than all the thinking scientists that have come to the conclusion it is so well suppported it is fact??

From this I can only conclude that Marc is sure he is cleverer than all the realscientists in the real world? And more moral as they all lie?
