This is the car park on on a weekend afternoon in mid-summer. Circa 75 cars in the car park.

He's accusing the local town of not having enough hotels. This after taking their municipal bond, obtaining a cut price rate on property taxes, refusing to employ locals unless they sign up to a "statement of faith" and then skimming money from their wages to pay off AiG's loans.
