Myers makes some valid points. The prices Ham is charging for the "attraction" are quite outrageous and as Myer's says people are credulous/gullible, but the difference between Ham's theme park and other attractions is that once you've been there..............that's it. There are not going to be many repeat visitors. I mean once you've seen a large wooden boat-shaped building once, there's not a lot to come back for.
